Recognition looks unfinished
Open Settings → Scanner & Recognition. Compare Visual Index Progress with Recognition Ready and Images pending before scanning a large batch. Rebuild Visual Index and Clear Recognition Cache do different jobs.
Troubleshooting
The camera is connected to the wrong device
Open Settings → Camera. The menu lists every available camera and the status line says whether the selected one is connected. Use Test Camera before a session.
Prices are missing
On Pricing, switch to Missing. Use Refresh Missing Prices. If a provider should be used, Settings → Pricing shows eBay and PriceCharting as Not configured until credentials are saved.
iCloud sync is off and changes are waiting
Cloud Sync shows the switch, last sync, and the waiting-changes count. Sync Now is available, and the page says you must sign in to iCloud.
An iPhone catalog does not match the Mac
Settings → iPhone Catalog shows both catalogs' card, set, and series counts and update dates. Send Catalog to iPhone is the catalog action. Sync Collection Now is the personal-collection action.
Restore would overwrite this device
Read the Restore From Backup note before choosing a file. It replaces the collection stored on this device.
